Post-indicator Valve Replacement 

One night we received a call from one of our customers. He explained the situation to us over the phone; withing the hour we had two technicians on site to assess the situation. There was water leaking through a brick wall. Our technicians looked further into the problem and located the cause of the leak. There was a 6" fire main with leak cemented into the building penetration.  We immediately shut the main water valve and drained the sprinkler system.  Within hours the system was back in service, and we gained the trust of another customer.
